AP Fall Ball Concert Tour
FIRST OF ALL… Someone may have hacked me and deleted all my previous posts…. However, I’m not nearly cool enough to be hacked, so I’m guessing it’s just a bug. Now onto the story!
So we get there really early and pretty much RIGHT AFTER we get there, who do we see? MIKE CARDEN! (Btw, he’s waaayyyy sweeter in real life. I use to like him least, but he’s a total sweetie) We didn’t fangirl out tho ;o). Then, CHIZZY WALKS BY ME!!! Like, two inches away! Wearing a tight black tee, black skinnies, and black raybans. I ALMOST died. Then there’s this attractive guy in red that keeps walking by that for some reason I keep noticing…. FORSHADOWING…
Doors open and I’m told that I can’t go onto the front floor because of my knee brace (explained to my real friends on FaceBook)… But it turned out being pretty okay because I was right in front of the carpeted area, and was eye-level with the stage… and it’s not that far away at all. The intro band was okay, IDK who they were cuz they were just filling in, but it was pretty neat. You Me At Six was awesome and adorable, The Secret Handshake was INTENSE and adorable, and then…. The Academy Is…
Bill has recently gotten his hair cut in this ADORABLE new way, and he was wearing a white tee with a fake tuxedo print on the front, black skinnies, old dress shoes, and suspenders. Everyone was upbeat and going nuts! As usual, Butcher looked/played/sang amazingly and he his cute little smile going on under his beard (that is growing back), Sisky was trying to be mellow and rock out at the same time, but I could see him sneakily enjoying it :D, Chizzy was really mellow, but kept joking around with Butcher, and Carden was just being his dorky/smiley/rockstar self. And WILLIAM was ALL OVER THE PLACE! Kicking, jumping, spinning the mike, throwing the mic stand around… It was an awesome show. Oh, and there were strobes! lol.
Mayday Parade did an EXCELLENT job! They kept the energy up the whole time!!! And who was in the band, btw? RED SHIRT GUY. My jaw dropped cuz I had no idea he was actually a band member of one of the headlining bands! Anyways, it was an amazing set and they even played an encore.
The best part was after the show, however. We go out back to meet some people and first person I see is WILLIAM with a huge gaggle of tweenie fan girls around him. I smile really big from a bit away and he gives me this really big cute cheezy grin. Then CARDEN comes over looking sneaky and we talk to him a bit and he signs my bracelet and takes a pic. We see Chiz, but he went into the bus too fast :(. Then I go to SISKY and the same happens, and I tell him his sweater is soft, and he says “I wouldn’t wear it if it wasn’t!” lol. Then WILLIAM. Stupid tweenies kept stepping in front of me, but William comes to me after a bit and we talk and he says he likes our outfits! (I looked awesome btw lol). Then he asks what our triangles are (for gay straight alliance) and we explain. Then he talks to us for the longest time about how it’s so hard to stand up for your beliefs when they are alternative, and political views vs. moral views and etc. FOR SO LONG! And the whole time, he’s looking RIGHT into my eyes, and keeps leaning in! And you know that stutter he gets in interviews when he’s nervous? He was stuttering talking to me! So adorable. So we get pics and start to walk away and I see red shirt guy and another guy from Mayday Parade and we get sigs and pics etc :DDD.
I won’t twitpic ALL the pics ATM, cuz it’ll take too long and I’m going out of town until Monday, but they WILL be up. Watch twitter for the crappy cellphone pics! (no cameras were allowed lol)
